Public Group Classes

My Vinyasa classes are open to people of all ability, you don’t need to be able to touch your toes to come along. I want everyone to feel welcome. We move together, through a whole body warm up and into strong asana practice (yoga poses) to get our energy flowing, stretching and strengthening the body. Finishing every class with some relaxing seated postures a long Savasana, leaving you feeling calmer and clearer of mind.

At the moment I’m just teaching Vinyasa publicly but more Yin classes to come soon…

1-2-1’s

I love teaching people in this very personal way. Here everything is designed to fit with your needs. You can dictate the style of the practice and focus on what interests you most, be it pranayama, meditation or a certain posture and really see your growth and development week to week. Leave it to me to guide you through a class specially designed for you in the comfort of your own home and fit the class around your lifestyle, at a time that suits you best.

Private Group Classes

These small group classes with friends can be arranged at local studios / spaces or I can come to your home for the ultimate convenience. Choose a time which suits you all best and enjoy sharing the experience together.

Please note there may be an extra charge if hiring a venue is required.
